Healthcare
We build healthcare software where interoperability, auditability and clinician time are the binding constraints, not optional considerations.

01Overview
What we see in this sector
Healthcare software fails clinicians in a specific way: it optimises for the record rather than for the encounter. The result is documentation burden, workarounds and data that is complete but not usable at the point of care.
We design around the clinical workflow first, then make the record follow from it. Interoperability is treated as a requirement from the start — HL7 v2 where it exists, FHIR where it is possible, and honest handling of the gap between them.
Compliance is architecture, not a certificate. Access control, audit logging, encryption and data residency are decided at design time because retrofitting them into a live clinical system is both expensive and risky.
02Challenges
Where it usually hurts
Documentation burden
Clinicians spending more time in the record than with patients, because the system was designed for billing.
Fragmented patient data
Information spread across systems that do not exchange it, so the full picture exists nowhere.
Interoperability gaps
HL7 interfaces built ad hoc over decades, each an undocumented dependency.
Compliance overhead
Audit and access requirements bolted on late, producing friction without producing safety.
03Our approach
What we put in place
Workflow-led clinical tools
Interfaces designed around the encounter, tested with clinicians for time-on-task rather than feature count.
FHIR-based integration
A standards-based interoperability layer that replaces point-to-point interfaces with documented resources.
Patient-facing services
Portals and applications for scheduling, results and communication, built to accessibility requirements.
Compliance by design
Role-based access, immutable audit trails, encryption at rest and in transit, and defined data residency.
05Technology
What we typically build with
- Frontend01
React
The default for interfaces that need to stay maintainable past their first year.
- Backend03
.NET
Enterprise services where Microsoft estate integration is the constraint.
Java
Long-lived transactional systems in regulated environments.
Python
Data pipelines, ML services and automation where library depth wins.
- Cloud & DevOps02
Azure
Natural fit alongside Microsoft identity, Dynamics and on-prem AD.
AWS
Broadest managed-service catalogue; our default unless an estate dictates otherwise.
- Data01
PostgreSQL
The default relational store. Correct, extensible, and boring in the best way.
