Logistics & Supply Chain
Visibility and control across the movement of goods — from warehouse operations to last-mile delivery.
Service
We build mobile applications for field teams, customers and partners — including the unglamorous parts: offline sync, background updates, device fleet management and store compliance.
01Overview
Mobile projects rarely fail on the interface. They fail on state: what happens when the network drops mid-transaction, when two devices edit the same record, or when a driver's phone has been offline for a shift.
We design the sync and conflict model before the screens, because retrofitting offline support into an app built for a good connection means rewriting it. Where a shared codebase is the right call we use React Native or Flutter; where hardware access or performance rules that out, we go native without arguing for the cheaper option.
Release engineering is part of the work, not an afterthought — signing, staged rollout, crash reporting and the store review cycle are all set up before the first submission.
02Capabilities
One codebase across iOS and Android where feature parity matters more than platform-specific nuance.
Swift and Kotlin where the product depends on hardware, background processing or sustained performance.
Local persistence, deterministic conflict resolution and background sync for teams working beyond coverage.
MDM deployment, SSO, device policy and private distribution for internal workforce applications.
03Business benefits
Warehouses, vehicles and basements. An app that fails without signal is not deployed, whatever the adoption target says.
Shared logic keeps feature parity automatic rather than a coordination problem between two backlogs.
Automated builds and staged rollout mean shipping is routine rather than an event.
Analytics and crash reporting instrumented from the first build, so you find out what is failing before your users tell you.
04Technology
Node.js
Shared language across the stack; strong fit for I/O-heavy services and BFFs.
React Native
One codebase across iOS and Android when feature parity matters more than platform nuance.
Flutter
Pixel-consistent UI across platforms; strong for design-led products.
Swift
Native iOS where hardware access or performance rules out cross-platform.
Kotlin
Native Android, and increasingly shared business logic via Multiplatform.
AWS
Broadest managed-service catalogue; our default unless an estate dictates otherwise.
PostgreSQL
The default relational store. Correct, extensible, and boring in the best way.
05Process
Device targets, connectivity assumptions and distribution model decided up front — they drive every later decision.
Prototyped on device, tested one-handed and in real conditions rather than reviewed on a desktop monitor.
Feature delivery alongside the offline and conflict model, validated with deliberately hostile network testing.
TestFlight and Play internal tracks, accessibility checks, privacy declarations and review preparation.
Staged rollout with crash and adoption monitoring, then a defined post-launch iteration window.
06Industries
All industries
Visibility and control across the movement of goods — from warehouse operations to last-mile delivery.

Connecting the plant floor to the systems that plan it — production data, quality and maintenance in one operational picture.

Clinical and administrative systems built to the standards the sector requires — interoperable, auditable and designed for clinical workflow.

Commerce platforms that hold up under peak load, with the inventory accuracy that makes omnichannel promises deliverable.
