Systems built for environments where auditability, resilience and regulatory reporting are the design constraints.
Solution
We help organisations get past the pilot stage — selecting the processes where AI genuinely pays, and building the evaluation and governance that production requires.
“We are under pressure to have an AI strategy, and we have pilots that impressed people but never reached production.”
01Overview
The gap between a convincing demonstration and a production system is mostly unglamorous: evaluation harnesses, access control, audit trails, fallback behaviour and a way to correct the system when it is wrong.
We work from the process backwards. What does this cost today, what accuracy would justify deploying it, and what happens to the cases the system cannot handle confidently? Those answers determine whether a project is viable — and they are usually never asked during a pilot.
We are equally willing to conclude that a process does not warrant AI. A deterministic rule that is right every time is a better outcome than a model that is right most of the time, and considerably cheaper to operate.
02The problem
Demonstrations that work on curated examples and collapse against real data volume and variety.
No evaluation set, no baseline and therefore no basis for deciding whether it is good enough to deploy.
Unresolved questions about where data goes, who can see outputs and what is auditable.
A model with no path into the systems where the work actually happens.
03The approach
Processes scored on volume, cost, error tolerance and data availability. Most candidates should be rejected.
Data residency, retention, access control and audit decided before build, not during security review.
A held-out set from your real data and an evaluation harness that outlives the prototype.
Deployed into existing workflows with review queues, fallback behaviour and full audit logging.
Drift monitoring, human corrections captured as training signal, and scheduled re-evaluation.
