Systems built for environments where auditability, resilience and regulatory reporting are the design constraints.
Solution
We automate the high-volume, rules-heavy processes that quietly absorb operational capacity — and design the review path for the cases automation should not decide alone.
“Our team spends most of the week moving data between systems, checking documents and chasing approvals.”
01Overview
Automation projects usually stall on the exceptions. The happy path is straightforward; the value is lost when 15% of cases fall outside it and there is no defined route for them.
We design that route first. Which cases go straight through, which need review, who reviews them, and what the system does when it is uncertain. Those decisions determine the architecture and the realistic saving — and they are what makes the automated cases trustworthy.
Not every process should be automated. Where the volume is low or the rules change constantly, the automation costs more to maintain than the work it replaces, and we will say so.
02The problem
The same information re-keyed three times, with the transcription errors that inevitably follow.
Invoices, claims, purchase orders and contracts processed by hand at volumes people cannot sustain accurately.
Work waiting in inboxes with no visibility of where it is or how long it has been there.
Days each month spent building reports that are out of date before they are circulated.
03The approach
Volume, cycle time, error rate and cost measured before anything changes, so the saving can be proven.
Define which cases process automatically, which need a person, and the confidence threshold between them.
Automation wired into existing systems, with audit logging and a review queue for exceptions.
Parallel run against manual processing until accuracy is proven at production volume.
Track straight-through rate and feed corrections back, then move to the next process.
